On November 7, 2005, CRS received a permanent and unrestricted 501(c)(3) tax exemption status as a publicly supported educational organization under section 509(a) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. All donations, contributions, bequests, legacies, devices, transfers and gifts are deductible to the fullest extent provided by law. The full deductibility of your gift may only be limited by the amount of your contribution, your Adjusted Gross Income or your own unique tax circumstances. All contributors should consult with their accountant or tax advisor regarding the final tax effect of any contribution. You can also request a free copy of IRS Publications 526 and 78 from the IRS regarding Charitable Contributions. Your tax advisor should be familiar with each of these publications.
