I think this is the best part of the process described in the article, when you start to prove it to be true, to yourself, through direct experience: “…through proper meditation, one’s awareness can transcend relative existence, awakening to the one thing that is the source of all existence…”
I do the Surya Ram meditation, which probably has roots in India. Some people might assume that doing a meditation with roots in India dilutes my Christianity, but I do not find that to be true. It is a quick road to Rome, to God, to Home. I think it has deepened my Christianity, because of awakening to the source.
